Great customer service even though I haven’t had to use any of their r services other than just having insurance. I highly recommend Dave and his office as they have gone above and beyond to keep me as a very satisfied customer"

"I am so disappointed with Dave Johnson. I called this insurance company back in May to transfer my auto insurance because we were relocating in June. The quotes we received were great the person that wrote up my policy stated that I would have a credit & wouldn’t have to pay anything. The month of June came State Farm didn’t debit my account which was strange. I called this agent office four times they couldn’t explain to me what was going on & they state that they would call me back & never do. I received a notice for a 2 month bill. I called this agent again & explained to them that I had received a bill for 2 months. They stated that it’s a 2 month bill & that they didn’t debit my account in June I asked why? They couldn’t give me an answer because they didn’t know. Here it is August I have another 2 month bill I called this agent again this time I asked for Mr. Dave they stated that he is on vacation which he is never available to speak with me. I asked the young lady on the phone why am I being billed for 2 months again she stated she didn’t know & I need to call State Farm in Louisiana because I owe them. I asked her how do I owe Louisiana when you guys did the transfer? They couldn’t answer my question. The worst transition ever. I wouldn’t recommend this insurance company."

"I rarely leave reviews because I have high expectations and I am a very busy person. I am making an exception today because Dave Johnson is worth the time for me to share my experiences to help others (I read reviews all the time to help me select). I am very analytical and must do a good homework for my hard-earned money…. Lol…Well…. I was thinking of switching agency for some months and reviewed a few quotes and was just going through the lengthy process in order to land on one that I can stick with hopefully for future. I do so not only for the best cost but also not losing quality. Don’t we all want that? So I did a google search knowing I will be bombarded with emails from different insurance agencies. And that’s exactly what happened. Dave contacted me right away although he has a good size office with numbers of assistance and help (that I learnt later). Well, I am very happy to get service through Dave for his professionalism (first impression and throughout), knowledgeable (in products he offers), personal (by helping me narrow it down with my needs since there are many options and choices), and caring (for any questions I asked, he reacted patiently with understanding). I know I am not the best customer to work with because I am knowledgeable, highly educated, and picky. Surprisingly, we only spoke twice on the phone before I proceeded with payment.
